Access to MAMTutor requires either an active subscription or approved demo access:
- Free Demo: New users may request a 7-day free demo to try the platform.
- Subscription: After the demo period, a monthly subscription of R150 is required for continued access.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
8. Limitation of Liability
MAMTutor is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. MiltonLearn is not liable for:
- Any loss of data or profits arising from the use of our platform.
- Issues stemming from reliance on AI-generated content, such as inaccurate answers.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any prohibited activity on the platform.
